1. Overview

TracerHQ (the Service) is designed to provide actionable intelligence by unifying search performance, technical site data, and revenue metrics. We prioritize the security of your data and only request the minimum permissions necessary to deliver our insights.

2. Data We Collect

A. Authentication and Contact Data

We collect your email address and name via Google OAuth to create and manage your account. We also collect email addresses from waitlist signups to provide service updates.

B. Analytics and Search Data

With your explicit permission, we collect and process data from your connected properties including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, PostHog, Plausible, and DataFast. This includes site names, click data, impressions, search queries, conversion metrics, and page performance. We do not have permission to modify your external settings or data.

C. Usage and Billing

We track AI credit usage and subscription status to ensure Service delivery. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe, our third party payment processor.

3. How We Use Data

Your data is used to:

  • Generate revenue first growth audits and technical reviews.
  • Perform automated daily reviews of your search performance.
  • Attribute revenue to specific search queries and pages.
  • Provide AI driven insights through our reasoning engine.
  • Maintain and secure your user profile.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We never sell your data and do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than to provide or improve our Service. We share only necessary information with:

  • Google: For authentication and search data retrieval.
  • Supabase: For secure database storage and authentication management.
  • OpenAI and Anthropic: We pass technical site data to AI models for analysis. We do not pass personally identifiable information to these models and this data is never used to train any AI or machine learning models.
  • Stripe: For secure payment processing.

5. Security

We use industry standard encryption and OAuth 2.0 protocols to protect your account and data. Access tokens for third party integrations are stored securely and used only for the purpose of your site audits.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information and connected property data for as long as your account remains active. You can disconnect your connected properties or delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently purged from our active databases within 30 days.

7. Google API Disclosure

TracerHQ's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
